UWS & CSS Volleyball Both Victorious in Conference Openers

The UW-Superior volleyball team defeated Northland 3-0 and St. Scholastica took down Augsburg 3-2

SUPERIOR, Wis.– The UW-Superior volleyball team defeated Northland 3-0, opening up conference play for the Yellowjackets.

Leading the way in kills for the Jackets was Marena Saeger and Addy Gangl, both recording eleven on the night.

UWS improves to 11-5 and will face off against Crown College on Friday, Sep. 27.

Over in Minnesota, the St. Scholastica volleyball team took down Augsburg 3-2 in a close battle to earn their first conference win on the season.

The Saints will hit the road to take on Carleton College on Friday, Sep. 27.
