Sellers Auction Hosts Event with Over 300 Different Items
SUPERIOR, Wis. — For the first time ever, bidders for an auction in Superior can participate both in person, and online.
This Saturday people will have the chance to try their luck at over 300 different antiques. According to Sellers Auction owner, this collection was inherited from a local collector. Because of their auction going online they are attracting potential buyers near and far such as Georgia and New Mexico. Some of the items have some local flair.
“But there’s some really pieces of Superior history. We have three different pieces from the princess theater that you might remember. We also have the old captain’s table sign from an old Duluth restaurant that was in the medical arts building. So, there’s some local antiques as well,” said Christina Greene, Co-Owner of Seller’s Auction.
This special auction will be taking place on Saturday, October 11 starting at 11 a.m. Everything in the store marked with a white tag is reserved for this event. They’re hoping to have more hybrid auction events in the future.
