Two More UW-Superior Athletes Earn UMAC Weekly Honors

Both the soccer team and cross country team were represented.

SUPERIOR, Wis.- Another week and another week of UWS athletes earning UMAC player of the week honors.

On the pitch, Mya Holmquist is named offensive player of the week after posting eight points last week, including a hat trick versus Northwestern.

Lastly in cross country, Maverick Hoogland is the runner of the week.

He posted a personal best time of 27:32 at the Augustana Invitational.

Hoogland also had the best conference time for all freshman.
