State Boys Soccer: Late Goal Lifts St. Cloud Cathedral Past Duluth Marshall in A Quarterfinals

The Hilltoppers finish with an overall record of 9-11.

MONTICELLO, Minn.- The Duluth Marshall boys soccer team made their 2nd straight state tournament appearance on Thursday.

Unfortunately like the year prior, they saw their season come to a close in the A quarterfinals.

St. Cloud Cathedral scored with under 20 minutes to go to eventually take the win, 2 to 1.

Levi Mertens had the lone goal for Marshall.

The Hilltoppers finish with an overall record of 9-11.
