Rock Ridge Names Kassie Strand as New Girls Head Hockey Coach

Strand has been with the Wolverines for the past two seasons.

EVELETH, Minn.- The Rock Ridge girls hockey team has a new head coach.

On Friday, the school announced that assistant coach Kassie Strand has stepped up to take the head coaching role.

Strand has been with the Wolverines for the past two seasons.

She takes over for Paddie Elsmore-Sautter, who accepted an assistant coaching position with the NA3HL Wilderness.

Strand makes her debut as head coach on November 8th against St. Paul/Two Rivers.
