State Girls Soccer: Esko’s Rally Falls Short in Semifinals Against Southwest Christian

Esko will next play in the 3rd place game on Wednesday.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.- The Esko girls soccer team played in their first-ever state semifinal game on Tuesday.

Unfortunately, their title hopes ended as top-seeded Southwest Christian came away with the 2 to 1 victory.

Maya Johnson had both goals for the Stars in the contest.

Reese Kuklinski was the lone goal-scorer for Esko.

Esko will next play in the 3rd place game on Wednesday.
