Crank & Dasher Opens Second Location

DULUTH, Min. — The local ice cream business Crank & Dasher has expanded in the Twin Ports!

Nestled in Lakeside, the neighborhood’s new addition opened their doors on Thursday. Their first location, being a seasonal shop over at Fitgers. Now, they will be open all year long in this brick and mortar.

Owner Annie Carmichael says she has a passion for food and is thrilled to be sharing these creations.

“We are also really passionate about food! So, we use local dairy for all of our ice cream, we make our mix ins. We don’t use food coloring. So, it’s just really important to us to have the best possible ice cream you can ever have,” said Carmichael.

Crank & Dasher also caters for things like birthday and grad parties. They will also be renting out the space to people to use for their events.
