Advocacy group holds public launch at City Hall

DULUTH, Minn. – A tenant advocacy group holds a launch event at Duluth City Hall on Wednesday.

Duluth Tenants, a group stemming from the Super PAC TakeAction Minnesota, held an event on steps of City Hall to announce their launch.

Activists and community members shared their own experiences struggling with high rent, insecure housing, and uncaring landlords and property management companies.

“We are at this launch together to go public as a powerful, organized force to be reckoned with here in Duluth,” said DyAnna Grondahl, an organizer for TakeAction MN.
