UWS Men’s & Women’s Soccer Advances to UMAC Championship Game

UMAC playoffs began on Wednesday night.

SUPERIOR, Wis.- The UMAC playoff tournament kicked off on Wednesday night in Superior.

The men’s team defeated Northwestern 5-1 in the UMAC semifinal game.

Leading the way in goals for the UWS was Jake Kidd and Phillip Eriksen, both recording two.

The Yellowjackets will host Bethany Lutheran on Saturday, November 9th.

For the women’s team they took down Crown 4-1.

The Yellowjackets moved the ball around as three different Jackets scored on the night.

UWS will face Bethany Lutheran in the championship game.

Game is set for Saturday, November 9th.
