Lake Superior Brewing Celebrates 30-Year Anniversary

DULUTH, Minn. — Lake Superior Brewing is celebrating its 30-year anniversary in style.

One of Duluth’s longest running breweries is hosting different festivities each day this week. Opening back in 1994, Lake Superior Brewing serves up various drinks.

Back in 2020 a couple took over the reigns of the brewery and have found success at a new location near Lester Park and even added food to the menu. The new owners have carried on the legacy that was started 30 years ago.

“Lake Superior Brewing is an awesome thing. We have long time connection with it, we really believed in its values, its kind of identity and a lot of that kind of old world beer authenticity. We’ve kind of preserved the legacy of what they did and we are brewing a lot of the same recipes, some of those classic beers.”

To celebrate three decades, the brewery will have live music every night through Saturday, and will have different specials on food and drinks each night.
