One Dead in Rollover on Duluth’s West Skyline Parkway

DULUTH, Min. — One person is dead after a single-vehicle accident early Saturday morning on West Skyline Parkway.

Officers responded to the crash around 1:15 a.m. in the 5000 block of W. Skyline Parkways where they found the vehicle about 30 feet off the road, upside down and on fire.

The single occupant, an adult male, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities believe speed was a significant factor in the crash, as the driver was unable to navigate a curve in the road.

The Minnesota State Patrol is assisting in the investigation.

The driver’s identity is being withheld pending family notification.
