Superior Meats Processing Deer for 2024 Season

SUPERIOR, Wis.– After hunting is over, the question of what to do with your deer harvest often comes to mind.

Superior Meats is excited to cater to the hunters and help them produce venison products.

Some of those products, you wouldn’t initially expect.

“Make it into whatever you’re looking for. Whether it be bratwurst, summer sausage, bacon. We do a lot of stuff, a lot of different varieties. Helps Superior Meats running throughout the winter, and it gives us something to do,” explained Beau Reder, Superior Meats Manager.

Another thing Superior Meats takes pride in, making sure the customer gets the venison back from the same deer that they brought in.
