UMD Football’s Aiden Williams Nominated for Gene Upshaw Division II Lineman of the Year Award

Williams earned First Team All NSIC Conference honors.

DULUTH, Minn.- On Wednesday, UMD football announced that Aiden Williams was nominated for the Gene Upshaw Division II Lineman of the Year Award.

The Sixth-Year offensive lineman from Anchorage Alaska was one of 31 players nominated for this honor.

Williams earned First Team All NSIC Conference honors for his season with the Bulldogs.

Williams is also playing in the 2025 East-West Shrine Bowl in January.

The winner of the Gene Upshaw Division II Lineman of the Year will be announced on December 12th.
