Koi Perich Named Finalist for Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Award

The award winner will be announced at the Maxwell Football Club Awards on December 26th.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.- Esko native and Minnesota safety Koi Perich has been named a finalist for the Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Award.

Perich is one of five players up for the award.

During his debut season, he led the Big Ten conference with five interceptions.

The award winner will be announced at the Maxwell Football Club Awards on December 26th.
