PROCTOR, Minn.- The Proctor/Hermantown Mirage continued their winning ways on Tuesday, defeating Cloquet-Esko-Carlton 2-1 in overtime.
Mya Gunderson had the game-winning goal for Proctor/Hermantown. Jane Eckstrom had the other goal in the 2nd period.
Proctor/Hermantown (11-3) will next play at Brainerd/Little Falls on Thursday.
As for Cloquet-Esko-Carlton (4-8), they’ll be at Pine City Area on Thursday.
In boys action, Hermantown topped Duluth Denfeld in a high-scoring affair, 5 to 3.
Hermantown outshot Denfeld 59 to 28 in the contest.
The Hawks are now 5-1-2 and will next play at Rosemount on Friday.
Denfeld falls to 1-7 and will host Northern Lakes on Thursday.
