Prep Boys Hockey: C-E-C Blanks Defending Class A State Champs, Denfeld Spoils Randolph’s Return

Lumberjacks improve to 7-0 on the year.

CLOQUET, Minn.-The Cloquet/Esko/Carlton boys hockey team hosted the defending section A state champions St. Cloud Cathedral on Thursday.

The Lumberjacks take down the defending state champs 5-0, improving to 7-0 on the year.

C-E-C is back in action on Saturday, December 21st hosting St. Michael-Albertville.

Over at the Heritage Center, the Duluth Denfeld Hunters hosted Northern Lakes.

The Hunters defeated the Lightning 5-2, to earn their second win of the season.

Denfeld’s next game is on Saturday, December 21st where they take on Duluth East.
