Former Bulldog Goaltender Kim Martin to be Inducted into 2025 IIHF Hall of Fame Class

Martin is the 3rd former Bulldog to be inducted in the IIHF Hall of Fame.

DULUTH, Minn.- A former Bulldog goaltender will soon be inducted into the 2025 IIHF Hall of Fame.

Kim Martin was named to the class this past Friday.

Martin had one of the best seasons by a goaltender in the 2007-2008 season, in which she led UMD to a 31-4-1 record. That year, the Bulldogs also won the NCAA title, WCHA Tournament, and lastly the WCHA regular season title.

Martin is the 3rd former Bulldog to be inducted in the IIHF Hall of Fame.

The induction ceremony takes place on May 25th.
