UMD Men’s & Women’s Basketball Defends Home Court Both Picking Up Wins Over Crookston
Both teams are back in action on Friday, January 24th, against the University of Mary.
DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD men’s basketball team was back at Romano Gymnasium on Saturday as they hosted Minnesota Crookston.
The Bulldogs defeated the Golden Eagles 107-67 to extend their winning streak to five.
Leading the way for the Bulldogs were Charlie Katona and Kole Hanson, both recording 19 points in the contest.
The Bulldogs are back in action on Friday, January 24th, against the University of Mary.
Tip-off is at 5:30 p.m.
For the women’s team, they also hosted Minnesota Crookston on Saturday.
The Bulldogs and the Golden Eagles went back and forth all game, but the Bulldogs got the win 66-64 to improve to 7-10 on the year.
The leading scorer for the Bulldogs was Johanna Miller, with 22 points.
UMD’s next game is on Friday, January 24th, against the University of Mary.
