Fairlawn Mansion’s History Going Strong In Superior

SUPERIOR, Wis. — Fairlawn Mansion offering half-price tours Sunday in honor of the Lake Superior Ice Festival weekend.

The storied structure was built in the early 1890s by then-Mayor Martin Pattison.

The tour gives a look behind the curtain to how life and luxury looked back in the day.
