Grass Fire Closes Down Portions of Highway 35 Near Superior

VILLAGE of SUPERIOR, Wis. – A grass fire has shut down all lanes of traffic on a portionHighway 35 near Superior Friday afternoon.

According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation WIS 35 northbound and southbound is closed at 69th Street due to the fire.

As of 12:00 p.m. crews were working to restore traffic to all lanes as quickly as possible.
