Duluth Man Arrested for Selling Heroin
A 58-year-old Duluth man has been arrested and charged for allegedly selling heroin.
Duluth Police, along with the Lake Superior Drug and Violence Crimes Task Force executed a search warrant at a home in the 800 block of East 2nd Street after learning heroin was being sold out of the house.
During their search, they recovered 27.7 grams of heroin along with evidence of heroin sales.
58-year-old Roy Joseph Defoe was arrested and charged with First Degree Sale of Heroin.
Police would like to thank the person who passed along the information regarding the activity, leading to Defoe’s arrest.
