Prep Basketball: Duluth Denfeld Boys & Duluth East Girls Defend Home Courts, Superior Boys Pick Up Road Win

Duluth Denfeld is back in action on Tuesday, February 25th, against Superior. 

DULUTH, Minn.- The Duluth Denfeld boys basketball team hosted Hibbing on Thursday night.

The Hunters and the Bluejackets went back and forth all game, but in the end, the Hunters picked up the win 63 to 60 over the Bluejackets.

Duluth Denfeld is back in action on Tuesday, February 25th, against Superior.

Tip-0ff is at 7 p.m.

The Bluejackets next game is on Tuesday, February 25th against Bemidji.

In other prep boys basketball action, Hermantown hosted Superior in a Lake Superior conference matchup.

The Spartans earn the road win, 71 to 56 over the Hawks.

Hermantown is back in action on Friday, February 21st, against Rock Ridge.

Tip-0ff is at 7:15 p.m.

Over on the girls side, Duluth East welcomed in Superior on Thursday night.

The Greyhounds defend their home court as they defeat the Spartans 54 to 38.

Duluth East hits the road on Friday, February 21st, to take on Bemidji.

Tip-off is at 5:15 p.m.

For Superior, they begin their run to state on Friday, February 28th, as they take on Eau Claire North in the first round of the WIAA playoffs.
