18-Year-Old Electric Bicyclist Struck by Vehicle in Hibbing
HIBBING, Minn. — An 18-year-old bicyclist was injured in a collision with a vehicle Sunday afternoon.
The incident occurred around 2:40 p.m. on Highway 169 and 25th Street East in St. Louis County.
Authorities say the electric bicycle was traveling eastbound on 25th Street and crossing the northbound lanes of Highway 169 when it was struck by a Nissan Murano.
The bicyclist was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
The incident is still under investigation.
