Gary New-Duluth Pavilion Taking Shape

The Gary New-Duluth Recreation Development Alliance is starting to take shape with its new pavilion.

Crews are right now working on a big open-air pavilion, which is one of the major projects on the list.

The rest includes a restoration of the recreation center, a new walking path and soccer fields.

“This project has brought people together; it’s giving them something to be very proud of – soon. In a couple weeks these grounds will be transformed,” said Fran Morris, with the Development Alliance.
