#1 Wisconsin Skates Past #6 UMD Women’s Hockey in WCHA Final Face-Off

UMD will find out their NCAA National Tournament opponent on Sunday, March 9th. 

DULUTH, Minn.- The WCHA final face-off took place at Amsoil Arena on Friday afternoon.

The Bulldogs faced off against the Wisconsin Badgers with a trip the WCHA Championship game on the line.

UMD and Wisconsin exchanged goals in the first period, but Wisconsin breaks through in the end as they defeat the Bulldogs 3 to 1.

Scoring the lone goal for UMD was Grace Sadura.
