BlueStone Showcase's New Building

BlueStone Flats held an open house to showcase the building, around 400 people showed to take a look at the rooms. Available apartments prices range from between 1,000 and 3,000 dollars a month.

BlueStone Flats features some extra perks as well, including pool, sauna, and massage parlor.

BlueStone Concierge Specialist Heidi Pack also adds, “We have a car wash, a pet spa, and that’s something really different within the Duluth community. Cause their isn’t a lot of pet friendly buildings, but this one is.”
