“Nowadays it’s really hard to just connect, or have these third spaces, because a lot of times you just have school, work, or just home and that’s it. So, it’s really hard to make friends or just hang out with people in a space that’s dedicated just for hanging out.” Said Jeremy Sweeden, a manager at Level Up! Games.

Having this dedicated space is really important to communities.

Level up also sells everything needed to start playing a new game.

This lets strangers come together and bond over playing games they love.

“Magic is the most popular for sure. Pokémon just has, like, the most hype for collecting. The whole gotta catch them all aspect of it. Warhammer is probably the most gaining in popularity right now, because when I got started, it was very like, maybe five people in your entire life would have heard of it. Now it’s everyone’s heard of it, and everyone’s getting into it. It’s pretty bonkers.” Said Sweeden.

Coming up April 12th is a Warhammer team tournament.
