Motorhead Madness Returns to the DECC this Weekend

DULUTH, Minn. — Start your engines northlanders Motorhead madness is back at the DECC this weekend!

Car enthusiasts can look forward for an exciting weekend spectating a variety of hot rods, classics cars, trucks, race cars, motorcycles, and even some modern cars.

The car show is spread between four different arenas.

Vendors will also be available alongside a chance to meet car designers, builders, and other car club exhibits.

“I’ve been coming to the car shows for many years, and I’ve been lucky enough to have a few cars in the show,” said Bob Johnson, a car collector. “This is my 56 Chevrolet. I’ve got a few other cars, but this is one of my sweethearts. It’s good to be here. It’s fun to have a car in the car show. I guess there’s so many different cars, you know, so many ones to see. They’re just cool.”

This year Motorhead Madness is raising money for a good cause. A portion of this year’s proceeds will be donated to Northwoods Technical College’s Scholarship program in remembrance of Steve Leino, who has been a huge part of finding sponsors and helped put on the event.
