Winona State Spoils UMD Softball’s Home Opener with Doubleheader Sweep

UMD falls to 20-10 on the year and will next host Bemidji State on Wednesday.

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD softball team returned to Malosky Stadium on Friday to play two against Winona State.

Unfortunately, the Warriors were able to get the best of the Bulldogs as they took both games, 8 to 6 and 13 to 2.

UMD falls to 20-10 on the year and will next host Bemidji State on Wednesday. First pitch is at 2 PM.
