NorShor Theatre Invites You to a Poolside Party

The public is invited to attend a casual poolside party at 6:00pm Aug. 4th

Individuals who are curious about the NorShor Theatre restoration and what it may look like in the end, or if possibly interested in attaching their name or a loved one’s to the theatre are highly encouraged to attend a casual poolside party at 6:00 pm Thursday, August 4, at Northland Country Club located at 3901 E. Superior Street.

“It’s the middle of summer and the weather’s nice, so we’re inviting everyone outside on August 4 to learn more about how the NorShor Theatre will look outside and inside once it’s completed late next year,” said Christine Seitz, executive director of the Duluth Playhouse, which is hosting the poolside party. “We hope everyone will join us for grand hors d’oeuvres, specialty cocktails, mingling, music and fun!”

The cost to attend the party is $50 per person and people are asked to RSVP by August 1 by either calling 218-733-7555 or by email at norshor@duluthplayhouse.org.

At the poolside party, the Playhouse will launch its ‘Take-A-Seat’ campaign. The campaign is a way for citizens to participate in the theatre’s restoration in a way that is long lasting and meaningful to families.
