Late Third Period Goal Lifts Jets Over Wilderness 2-1

The Wilderness and the Jets will face off on Friday, April 4th for game two of their series.

CLOQUET, Minn.- The Minnesota Wilderness are still fighting for a playoff spot in the Midwest Division with four games remaining in the regular season.

On Thursday, the Wilderness looked to protect their home barn as they welcomed in the Janesville Jets on Thursday night.

A back and forth game between the Wilderness and the Jets, but the Jets score late in the third period to earn the win 2 to 1.

Scoring the lone goal for the Wilderness was Frantisek Netusil.

The Wilderness and the Jets will face off on Friday, April 4th for game two of their series.

Puck drop is at 7:15 p.m.
