UMD Men’s Hockey Adds Three Forwards Via Transfer Portal

The Bulldogs have lost seven players via the transfer portal.

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD men’s hockey team has made some roster additions for next year.

Three forwards have joined the Bulldogs via the transfer portal.

They are Cornell’s Kyler Kovich, Alaska’s Kyle Gaffney, and lastly UMass Lowell’s Scout Truman.

Kovich has posted 22 points in 78 games over four seasons at Cornell.

Gaffney’s coming off a career best of 20 points last year.

Finally, Truman had 10 goals and eight assists just this past season for the River Hawks.
