UMD Softball Salutes Seniors & Sweeps Northern State

UMD will host Minnesota State-Moorhead on Saturday in their final home series of the regular season.

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD softball team sent out their seniors in style on Friday, sweeping NSIC foe Northern State in a doubleheader.

After trailing 3-2 in the 6th inning of game one, UMD put up four unanswered runs to go on to win 6 to 3.

Then in game two, it was all Bulldogs as they once again came away with the W, 9 to 1.

UMD will host Minnesota State-Moorhead on Saturday in their final home series of the regular season. First pitch of game one is at noon.
