UMD Football Announces Four Captains for Upcoming Season
Walljasper is the only mainstay captain from last year as he shared that duty with five others.
DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD football team has announced their four captains for this upcoming season.
They are quarterback Kyle Walljasper, wide receiver Dashaun Ames, defensive lineman Matt Weerts, and lastly defensive back Alex Sylvester.
Walljasper is the only mainstay captain from last year as he shared that duty with five others.
The four players will lead UMD into its 92nd season in program history in 2025.
