UMD Baseball Begins Series with Minot State By Taking Two Games

UMD will once again host Minot State for a doubleheader on Saturday.

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD baseball team continues to inch closer to the .500 mark.

On Friday, the Bulldogs took the first two games of their four-game series with Minot State.

Gabe Richardson went three for four and had four runs batted in to lead UMD to a 9-2 game one win.

Then in game two, Garrett Stauffacher had five runs batted in to help the Bulldogs beat the Beavers 10 to 7.

UMD will once again host Minot State for a doubleheader on Saturday. First pitch of game one is at Noon.
