Northland Baseball Holds Final Home Game in Program History
The Lumberjacks final game as a program is on Saturday.
ASHLAND, Wis.- Saturday marked the end of an era for the Northland College baseball team as they held their final home game.
Playing two against UMAC foe, North Central. The Lumberjacks played the Rams close in game two, even putting up five runs in the bottom of the 9th. But, they ultimately fell short, 12 to 11.
The Lumberjacks still have three games total as a program, all of which of course are on the road.
They’ll begin a series with Martin Luther College on Friday with first pitch of game one set for 3 PM.
