Former Bulldogs Knapp & Bettens Find New Teams

Matthew Perkins and Zach Sandy remain in the portal.

DULUTH, Minn.- Two former members of the UMD men’s hockey team have found their next homes.

Goaltender Klayton Knapp will suit up for Michigan Tech next season.

Knapp played in 16 games and had a saves percentage of nearly 91 percent.

In other portal news, forward Kyle Bettens will continue his career with Northern Michigan.

Bettens posted 12 goals and 20 assists in 101 games at UMD.
