UMD Women’s Hockey Adds Two Players Via the Transfer Portal

The team also announced the official addition of Cornell's Ashley Messier.

DULUTH, Minn.- The UMD women’s hockey team added two veteran players to their roster on Tuesday.

Mercyhurst’s Thea Johansson and Minnesota’s Krista Parkkonen will suit up for the Bulldogs next year.

Johansson tallied 94 points for the Lakers over the course of three seasons.

Parkkonen had five points last year for the Golden Gophers.
