UMD’s Nicole Schmitt Earns D2CCA All-Central Region First Team Honors

She's the 6th Bulldog in program history and first since 2021 to achieve the D2CCA accolade.

DULUTH, Minn.- UMD infielder Nicole Schmitt has been named to the D2 Conference Commissioners Association First Team All-Central Region.

Schmitt now moves on to the All-American ballot with first team members from the other regions, with those teams to be announced next week.

She’s the 6th Bulldog in program history and first since 2021 to achieve the D2CCA accolade.
