Skyline Parkway Reopens as One-Way

DULUTH, Minn. — A section of Skyline Parkway has been turned into a one-way road, over by Enger Tower.

The city made the change to address safety concerns, which is east of Twin Ponds.

Pedestrians and cyclists now have their own lane to separate them from traffic.

At the intersection of Hank Jensen Drive, the road becomes a three-way stop — instead of a T-junction.
