Mont du Lac set to open tomorrow
Millions of gallons of water used to make snow
SUPERIOR, WI
Mont du Lac Ski Resort is set to open tomorrow with many of their runs available to the public.
They have been making snow 24-7 in recent days using millions of gallons of water.
The timing for the holiday season couldn’t come soon enough.
“We are very excited,” said Mike O’Hara, Mont du Lac ski hill manager. “All the staff have been waiting for too long again, for the second winter in a row, but everybody here is geared up to greet the public and we are excited to get the guests out on the hill.”
Mont du Lac also has a new restaurant available to patrons this year.
