State Baseball: Grand Rapids Falls in AAA Consolation Title Game

Grand Rapids finishes the season with a 18-9 overall record.

CHASKA, Minn.- After falling in the AAA quarterfinals to Delano on Wednesday, the Grand Rapids baseball team had the chance to end their season on a high note.

The Thunderhawks first battled Stewartville in the consolation semifinals.

It was all Grand Rapids in that one as they took the 10-0 victory.

Grand Rapids then met up with Totino-Grace in the consolation title game.

It took extras to decide a winner and it’s the Eagles who end their 2025 campaign with a win, 4 to 3.

Grand Rapids finishes the season with a 18-9 overall record.
