CSS Softball Hires Kiana Gibson as Assistant Coach & Baseball Adds Blake Peterson to Coaching Staff

DULUTH, Minn.- On Friday, the CSS softball team hired Kiana Gibson as an assistant coach for the 2025 season.

Gibson is a former NCAA Division I softball player, where she played for Tarleton State University.

For the Texans, Gibson appeared in 87 games in three years.

In her final season, she led the Texans to a 36-22 record.

The CSS baseball team also added a new assistant coach to its staff.

The Saints announced on Friday that the team hired former Earlham associate head coach Blake Peterson.

Peterson joins a CSS team that finished the 2025 season with a 22-18 record.
