Police Searching for Missing Minnesota Man

Winona Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing man. 

21-year-old Luke Ringhand was last seen leaving Saint Mary’s University in Winona around 4:30 Monday morning. 

Surveillance video shows Ringhand leaving campus in a charcoal grey Cadillac with Minnesota license plate 749-MBD. 

University officials say they are concerned for his safety and whereabouts. 

Anyone with information on Ringhand’s whereabouts is asked to call the Winona Law Enforcement Center at 507-457-6302.
