Duluth Rowing Club Brings Back Medals

KENORA, Ont. — Duluth Rowers took home some medals at the Tops and Bottoms Regatta in Kenora, Ontario last Saturday.
The team took 1st in the Junior Women’s 8+ division, while the Duluth Rowing Club took home 3rd overall.
Next, they will attend North West International Rowing Association Championship Regatta on August 15-16 in Kenora, Ontario.
First place crews were Hannah Mason, Sam Breeuwer, Nia Kramer, Kenna Huot, Courtney Hislop, Savi Holden, Stella Powell, Sasha Wahman, and Beatrice Javaherian in the Junior Women’s 8+, Hannah Mason and Sam Breeuwer in the Junior Women’s Pair, Stella Powell, Courtney Hislop, Sasha Wahman, and Kenna Huot in the Junior Women’s 4x, and Hannah Mason, Sam Breeuwer, Nia Kramer, Kenna Huot, and Beatrice Javaherian in the Junior Women’s 4+.
Second place crews were Aidan Hoeschen-Ehrbright, Gabe Javaherian, Anders Breidenbach, Ben Blazevic-Seibert, and Beatrice Javaherian in the Junior Men’s 4+, Aidan Hoeschen-Ehrbright, Gabe Javaherian, Ben Blazevic-Seibert, and Torin Peterson in the Junior Men’s 4x, Nia Kramer and Kenna Huot in the Junior Women’s 2x, Aidan Hoeschen-Ehrbright, Gabe Javaherian, Ben Blazevic-Seibert, Westin Peterson, Torin Peterson, Anders Breidenbach, Nathaniel Bateman, Lincoln Angradi, and Sofia Orman in the Junior Men’s 8+, Lily Stumme, Sasha Wahman, Courtney Hislop, Savi Holden, and Sofia Orman in the Junior Women’s 4+, and Ben Blazevic-Seibert and Torin Peterson in the Junior Men’s 2x.
