U.S. Coast Guard Uses Helicopter To Rescue Children Near Black Beach
SILVER BAY, Minn. – Four children were rescued by a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter early Sunday near Black Beach in Silver Bay.
The Coast Guard said the children were located on a rock.
They were brought to land for medical attention around 2:10 a.m.
An MH060 Jayhawk from Traverse City, Michigan was used in the rescue.
The U.S. Coast Guard did not say how long the children were stuck on the rock.
