Phoholic Set to Open Monday in Former China Cafe Building

DULUTH, Minn. – On London Road in Duluth, a second, much larger Vietnamese restaurant known as Phoholic is opening.

The new spot is the former longtime home of China Cafe, which has a much larger parking lot. This will make it easier for people to park, enter, and leave. The restaurant opens tomorrow at 11 a.m. on the 1600 block of London Road.
