Charges: Duluth Man Filmed Under Skirts At Mariucci Arena Graduations, 144 victims
MINNEAPOLIS. Minn. (FOX 9) — A Duluth man is accused of taking inappropriate images of more than 100 female students at high school graduation ceremonies at Mariucci Arena in Minneapolis.
Benjamin Thomas Goldsmith, 32, of Duluth is accused of getting closely behind girls while taking pictures and videos under their skirts, according to charges.
144 victims have been identified.
The criminal complaint said a search of his car, which was parked near the venue, revealed a hard drive with 151 child sexual abuse material images and videos.
Investigators also found programs for other high school graduation ceremonies.
It’s not clear if there are additional victims or locations involved, according to FOX 9 in Minneapolis.

And for Goldsmith’s criminal history, the Star Tribune reported in 2018 that he was charged and accused of recording up the skirts of 65 women and girls at the Mall of America.
