‘La Ronde’ Brings Excitement to Zeitgeist Theater
DULUTH, Minn.– Zeitgeist, a theater in downtown Duluth is gearing up for what they’re calling an ‘exciting’ show.
‘La Ronde’ is adults only French play that centers around the concept of sexual encounters in society.
Robert Lee, an actor in the Duluth community, adapted the script, to fit modern sensibilities.
Lee said he has wanted to direct this show for nearly 20 years, and he says, it’s the perfect theatrical experience for a date night.
One of the actors in the show told FOX 21 this show is an opportunity to explore the more artistic side of theater.
“I think it is the most fun thing to have the opportunity to showcase a little risqué, a little bit of drag, a little bit of queerness in every aspect, and to show that whatever kind of art you’re doing, just to have fun with it and make sure you appreciate it,” beamed Jacque Black, an actor in ‘La Ronde’.
The excitement with La Ronde will begin Thursday September 25th through October 4th, tickets are available online.
