Puppa’s Pals Hosting 3rd Annual Wags and Wine Fundraiser

DULUTH, Minn. – Local animal crisis shelter, “Puppa’s Pals”, hosting its third annual “Wags and Wine” fundraiser at Pike Lake Golf Club.

The non-profit provides short-term foster care, medical support, and resource support to help pet owners during times of crisis. The main focus of Puppa’s Pals is to prevent people from having to surrender their pets by fostering them for up to six months, allowing the animals to return to their owners when they are ready.

“They did me this wonderful service of taking my little Beagle, Sophia, for six weeks while I recovered from a total right ankle replacement,” said Becky Brown, volunteer for Puppa’s Pals.

The organization is always looking for more volunteers, so if you have ever thought about fostering for someone, you can reach out through their website.
